Nestled within the heart of Gamla Stan, Studio Animaė stands as an oasis of tranquility, inviting your guests to reconnect with themselves. Wheter you’re looking to host classes, hold coaching sessions, or even recording your podcast, our space is available for you to make your vision come to life.

The studio is rentable by the hour, half day or full day.

Full-day rental on weekdays (8AM - 8PM): 2 700 SEK

For Saturdays and Sundays, a 15% surcharge applies to all prices.

The rent is VAT-free.

For recurring bookings of at least 6 occasions within a 6 month period, we’re happy to offer a custom packaged price! Setting up recurring classes ensures priority of availability in the studio, simplified billing, and a reduced price per booking.

A packaged price apply when 6 or more dates are confirmed within any rolling 6 month period; the exact price depend on class type and frequency.

Maximum capacity for lying down on mats: 16 people

If you host an event where people are sitting up, the capacity increases to ~20-30 people.

You have full access to yoga mats, blankets, meditation cushions, eye pillows, incenses, candles, speaker, sound bowls and chimes.

The studio has radiators in the windows to heat up the space. These are turned off when the studio is not in use. If you turn them on, please make sure to turn them off before you leave. If the radiators are left on, you will be responsible for covering our next heating bill.

Please note that all facilitators renting the studio are responsible for cleaning it, as cleaning is not included in the rental fee. You can read more about this under the chapter "Cleaning and Maintenance".

After using the studio, all facilitators are responsible for cleaning up after the class before leaving the premises.

Below you will find a list of what needs to be done when cleaning.

KITCHEN

• Wash the dishes

• Clean the sink, including the backsplash

• Wipe down surfaces

• Empty the trash and replace trash bag

• Ensure kitchen supplies are neatly arranged

• Ensure you don’t accidentally leave anything in the fridge

BATHROOM

• Wipe down surfaces

• If empty, replace toilet paper

• Empty the trash and replace trash bag

COACHING ROOM

• Wipe down surfaces

• Place the chairs the same way as you found them

• Fold the blankets and hang them on the chairs

• Put the podcast microphones and headphones on the desk

• Empty the trash and replace trash bag

STUDIO

• Ensure the mats are neatly placed onto the mat storage

• Ensure the blankets are in the large basket

• Ensure the eye pillows are in the small basket

• Wipe down surfaces

• Vaccuum all rooms including coaching room

• Mop all floors including bathroom

• Blow out ALL candles

• Turn off the speakers

• Turn off the lights

• Lock the door

• Leave the keys in the lock outside

• Make sure the lock is closed and sealed

If cleaning is not carried out, we will unfortunately be forced to add a cleaning fee of 500 SEK to your next invoice.

• Cancellations made 4 weeks before the booked time: 25% of the hourly rate is charged.

• Cancellations made 2 weeks before the booked time: 50% of the hourly rate is charged.

• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the booked time: 100% of the hourly rate is charged.
